Well we have buttoned things up for the season at the Roundhouse, but exciting things are still happening. First of all, if the weather holds the rear of Stalls I & II will be restored this year. We are waiting for the contractor to start work.
We have also received an estimate and applied for 2 grants for the restoration of the side of Stall II.
If the grants are awarded, we will have that done next spring/summer.
We participated in the Annual Ammonoosuc Model Railroad Show at the Lin-Wood High School in Lincoln, NH on October 29th.
We have new T-Shirts in, on the back this time is our 1923 Russell Snow Plow the T.R. Zimont. The shirts are $15.00 each and you can order by contacting Sandra at firstname.lastname@example.org
We also placed the Conservation Moose Plate Award Plaque on the side of the Roundhouse.
The Bartlett Roundhouse Preservation Society was awarded the Volunteer Champion Award for Volunteerism and betterment of life in New Hampshire at the Annual Spirit of NH Awards. President Pete Davis and Vice President Cam Sargent accepted the award on behalf of the Society.
